Chairman of the Board of Directors Robert is recognized across Canada for being a shrewd businessman, an upscale consultant and a first class financier. His approach is straightforward, honest and rational. To simply say that he is experienced, knowledgeable and creative is not enough. In some 40 years of career, he was the President of both the Montréal Exchange and the Québec Securities Commission, and also founded his own firm.
His fields of expertise include risk assessment and financial data interpretation, combined with a great knowledge of business law.
